What we never collect

Patient data. Our tools ask for your own case codes, never names, IDs or dates of birth. Our forms ask patients not to send reports or personal medical details, and we don't interpret them if they do.

What we collect, and why

• Download forms: your email and, optionally, name, role, organisation and country — to send the file and, if you tick the box, occasional updates. Organisation names are never published.
• Contact form: what you type, so we can reply.
• Image submissions: the image, your name/credit, email, stage and grade — to review, feature and credit you. Image file metadata is stripped.
• Basic technical logs: a hashed (one-way) form of your IP address to limit abuse; standard hosting logs.

Where it lives

On Supabase (database, Mumbai region) and Vercel (hosting). Access is limited to Medical Interventions staff. We don't sell or share your details.

Your choices

Email contact@embryologics.com to unsubscribe, correct, or delete anything about you, or to withdraw a submitted image.

None for tracking. We may add privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics; this page will say so when we do.
