Fees are final. Everything is judged by the rules.

This policy is part of our terms. It applies to every payment made to Medical Interventions Private Limited for Embryologics, wherever you are.

No refunds

Every fee is final once paid: Daily QC periods, the accreditation year, the yearly renewal and Academy exam sittings. Everything is judged by published rules, the same for every lab and every candidate: accreditation at the end of the accreditation year, an exam by its answers. A year that does not meet the rules still includes its twelve months of Daily QC recording, and an exam sitting is used once its paper is opened.

Cancelling

• Nothing renews by itself. To cancel, don't pay for the next period.
• The lab keeps recording until the end of the period already paid for.
• After that the lab becomes read-only. Its record is kept for good and can always be read, printed and exported, and it opens again whenever you pay.

Duplicate charges and payment errors

If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged for a payment that did not go through, we correct it: the extra amount goes back the way you paid, with a credit note against your tax invoice. That is a correction, not a refund. Tell us through the contact form or at contact@embryologics.com, from the email on your account, with the invoice number or payment reference. We reply within 5 working days.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank or PayPal. While a dispute is open, what the payment bought is paused. If the payment is reversed, what it bought ends, and a certificate it paid for is revoked.
