Every reading is dated by our server in your lab's timezone. Nothing can be back-dated, and a day you miss can't be undone. The record builds itself honestly — that's what makes the certificate worth trusting.
Judged on how you work, not your results
Your success rates play no part. A lab with a hard case mix is not penalised, and nobody has a reason to flatter their numbers. Accreditation is about controlled practice — the one thing you fully control.

Three months of daily QC, and your record goes in front of a certified embryologist. Nothing to pay yet.

Pay, and be validated
Three more months of steady practice — read and validated before anything is issued. Only then do you pay.
Certified
A year at a time
The certificate is issued under the Embryologics standard, verifiable by anyone. It renews yearly, and renewal asks that your embryologists hold Academy certificates.

once, when you've earned it
When your lab has held its consistency, its record and documents are assessed against the Embryologics Quality Management System — a rigorous, rules-based framework built on the principles of HFEA, ESHRE and ISO 15189. The certificate that follows is a token of a standard truly kept, verifiable by anyone.
Open to labs worldwide, charged in your own currency. Two labs are free; each further lab is $200 a year. Renewal of the certificate is $200 a year.
