EmbScore Monthly Workup
Type only the raw counts. Every rate, the month-by-month picture and a 100-point lab score fill in by themselves — against benchmarks you can change to your own targets.
What it does
- Cases sheet — one row per case: date, your case code, age, AMH, Fresh/FET, then counts: follicles → COCs → MII → 2PN → D3 embryos → blasts; thawed / survived; transferred / sacs. Outcome fills itself.
- Monthly Summary — retrieval, maturation, fertilisation, cleavage and blastocyst rates; implantation and clinical pregnancy for fresh and FET; thaw survival; a score /100 per month and year-to-date; green/red against benchmarks; a trend chart.
- Start Here — your lab name, the year, a 3-minute how-to, and the editable benchmark table (fertilisation 85%, cleavage 95%, blastocyst 55%, implantation fresh 35% / FET 45%, clinical pregnancy fresh 40% / FET 50%, thaw survival 95%; points sum to 100).
How labs use it
- Keep one file per year. Add each case as it happens — 30 seconds a row.
- At month end, open Monthly Summary. Anything red is worth a conversation; the score is your one-number trend.
- Show the summary to your clinic owner. It is the page they ask for.
Privacy, by design
The sheet has a Case Code column, not a Patient ID. Use your own internal reference. If you later upload the file to embryologics.com for a trend dashboard (coming), we only ever see numbers — never a patient, never your clinic's name.
Coming: upload your monthly file → get an online dashboard across months and a printable owner report. Same file, no re-typing.
Benchmarks
Default targets are set by Medical Interventions with reference to the Vienna consensus and ESHRE performance indicators, adapted for Indian labs. They are starting points — change them on the Start Here sheet and the score updates.
